Investment Criteria

 

Geographic

  • For our buy and build strategies, we focus on private, family owned companies dispersed across North America

  • For our stand alone, platform investments, we also look at private companies across North America, but have a strong preference for businesses located in the midwestern United States

Financial Criteria

  • $15-$150 million revenue and $3-$20 million EBITDA for platform investments. We will also look at smaller companies as potential add-on acquisitions.

  • Stable earnings history

  • High gross and EBITDA margins

  • High free cash flow

Industry Sector Focus

  • We invest across a variety of industries

  • For our buy and build strategies, we focus on large, fragmented industries with a high number of geographically diverse target companies based in North America

  • Prior experience in industrial and business services, manufacturing, value-added distribution, and consumer products and services
