Charles E. Knipper - Vice President

Charlie joined the Northern Lakes team in 2024 with over a decade of experience supporting founder- and family-owned businesses. Prior to Northern Lakes, Charlie was an Investment Banking Vice President in the M&A advisory group of Lincoln International. Prior to Lincoln International, Charlie was a Manager in the M&A transaction services group of Deloitte.

Charlie is a graduate of the University of Iowa (B.B.A. and M.Ac.) and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University (M.B.A.), and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
