 Brian J. Underkofler – Director

Brian helped form Northern Lakes Capital in 2021. He continues to provide select services to Stone Arch Capital.  Prior to Stone Arch, he worked in financial advisory roles at both RSM and Deloitte. Brian’s work has primarily focused on M&A advisory services with middle market companies across a wide range of industries.

Brian is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas (B.A. in Accounting) and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive). Outside of work, Brian enjoys playing hockey, golfing, spending time on the lakes and traveling.
